Privacy Policy — MyKid App

• Account data — name, email, phone, role (parent, driver, school admin), and school/route assignment.
• Child data — student name, grade, stop, photo, and guardian relationships, provided by the school or guardian.
• Location data — real-time GPS from authorized buses while a trip is active.
• Device & usage data — device identifiers, app version, OS, crash logs, and basic analytics.
• Communications — messages and support requests you send us via email or WhatsApp.

• Operate live tracking, boarding alerts, driver verification, and SOS features.
• Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access to child or fleet data.
• Improve reliability, safety, and performance of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with: (a) the school that owns the deployment; (b) authorized guardians of a given student; (c) service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality (e.g. hosting, SMS, maps); and (d) authorities when required by law.

Location and trip data are retained only as long as needed to deliver the Service and for safety audits. We apply administrative and technical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access control, and routine security review.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@UjumbeGlobal.com. For child data, requests must come from a verified guardian or the school administrator.

The MyKid App is designed for use by parents, schools, and drivers — not directly by children. Child profiles are managed by guardians and schools.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
